We’ll focus on core stability, mobility, breath, and alignment — with options to pause, feed, cuddle, or comfort your baby whenever needed. Expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where both you and your baby are held with care.

All levels welcome. Please note: this is a movement class for adults, not a baby-focused activity class.
