reformer tempo
Reformer Tempo is a 45-minute, high-energy class designed to build cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina through faster-paced, full-body movement.
Expect continuous flow, an elevated heart rate, and high-rep, low-impact sequences that challenge your entire body while staying grounded in the core principles of Pilates technique and control.
Perfect for those looking to push their limits, this class delivers a sweat-driven, tempo-based experience that will leave you feeling energised, accomplished, and ready for more.
You’ll:
– Elevate your heart rate – Build endurance and stamina – Improve coordination and control under intensity
What to Bring:
Water bottle, towel, and grippy socks (recommended). All equipment is provided.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Prenatal participants are welcome - please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
REFORMER Strength
Reformer Strength is a 45-minute class designed to bridge reformer pilates with traditional functional fitness.
This class is focused on building full-body strength and muscular control through movements grounded in foundational Pilates principles, enhanced with heavier springs and weighted dumbbells.
This class emphasises form, alignment, and control - using low-rep, high-resistance training to build muscular strength. It’s a slower tempo than Reformer Tempo, but with focused intensity.
Expect purposeful movement, expert guidance, and plenty of burn - all within a supportive environment that prioritises technique and load progression.
You’ll:
– Build strength with heavier resistance – Improve form, posture, and body awareness – Develop control and strength through slow, intentional movement
What to Bring:

MAT PILATES

HOT MAT PILATES
Join us for our Heated Mat Pilates Class, a dynamic 45-minute session designed to invigorate your body and calm your mind. Set in a gently heated room at 32°C, this class builds on the foundations of Pilates, using breath and controlled movement to support strength, mobility, and deep release.
Suitable for all levels—including beginners to advanced practitioners—this class offers a safe and supportive space to explore movement with added warmth to enhance circulation, flexibility, and focus. Guided by our expert instructors, you'll engage your entire body through precise, flowing sequences that challenge you in all the right ways.

Infrared Room
Feel the beat, embrace the burn, and ignite your power in our Infrared Room - a high energy, music driven Mat Pilates experience set in a warm 28°C (cooler than Hot Mat) and moody red lit space designed to fuel your fire from the inside out.
Suitable for all levels, the lower heat setting than usual is here to help you move at your best - not hold you back. It’s here to support you to feel strong, capable, and unstoppable without the normal intense heat.
This isn’t just a workout. It’s a full body immersion. Surrounded by infrared warmth and vibey lighting, you’ll sweat with purpose through dynamic movement sequences designed to push your strength, cardiovascular stamina, and mental grit.
Set to a high intensity playlist and led by our most motivating instructors, this class fuses functional movement, cardio bursts, and intentional breathwork for a session that’s as invigorating as it is transformative.

Mat Strength
Mat Strength is a 45 minute class where pilates principles meets progressive strength training. This mat-based class is designed to help you build real strength - through slower, low-rep sets and heavier dumbbells that challenge your body and sharpen your focus.
Grounded in Pilates principles, but elevated with functional training, this class is all about control, alignment, and moving with purpose. Think fewer reps, more resistance, and plenty of time under tension to develop muscular control, core strength, and total-body power.
You’ll move with purpose, guided by expert instruction that puts form first - always.

hot flow - yoga
60 minutes | 34–36°C | Beginner-friendly with a moderate challenge
Hot Flow is a guided Vinyasa-style yoga class designed to strengthen, stretch, and connect you — body, breath, and mind. Set in a gently heated room, this class moves at a steady, mindful pace to help you explore your practice in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
Led by Cass, you’ll experience traditional Vinyasa sequencing with a modern approach — one that honours the uniqueness of your body. There’s no pressure to force a shape or strive for perfection. Movement is taught with detailed cues, options, and an emphasis on safety and self-awareness.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class will leave you feeling grounded, strong, and renewed.

A beginner/all-levels adaptive Yoga class. In this class you can expect:
gently guided mindful movement using physical postures to increase strength,mobility & flexibility ('asana');
to learn the foundations of the breath for nervous system regulation ( 'pranayama');
to be invited to lean into stillness for deep rest & relaxation ('savasana')

hot power - yoga
60 minutes | 36°C | Intermediate–Advanced
If you’re ready to sweat, flow, and rise to a challenge - Hot Power is your space.
This strong, fast-paced Vinyasa class is set in a heated room and built for those with a moderate to advanced fitness level. You'll move through dynamic, strength-based sequences with the option to explore more advanced postures - always with guidance, never with pressure.
It’s not about being “advanced” in yoga - it’s about showing up with stamina, curiosity, and an open mind. The heat turns up the intensity, but also the reward. Expect to be challenged, to laugh, to let go - and to find that addictive post-power high that words can’t quite describe.
You’ll work hard for 55 minutes. And then the last 5? Pure bliss.
You’ll:

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, 60-minute meditative style of yoga where poses are held for extended periods - typically between 3 to 8 minutes. This practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, bones, and joints, rather than just the muscles.
Yin encourages stillness and inward focus, creating space for deep relaxation, improved flexibility, and a sense of openness we often miss in our fast-paced routines. It offers a beautiful balance to the busyness of life - inviting you to pause, be present, and fully surrender for an hour of true stillness.
